NICDS denied funding in the MRS Program

Sadly we learned on April 1 that the NICDS proposal was not funded in the 09 competition.

The three reports provided to the MRS committee rated the proposal A+, and are provided below.  The Message to Applicants mentions the substantial budget constraints faced by the MRS Program this year.

More information about cuts to NERC's budget and the direct effects this is having on scientific research can be found at http://dontleavecanadabehind.wordpress.com
